I was pretty surprised to see a business jet when I visited Feilding aerodrome last Thursday. It was the Wellington based Cessna 650 Citation III N163JM that was at Avcraft for maintenance.
Mat Bailey of Avcraft told me that the strip looks pretty short on approach but that they fly it in pretty light. The sealed runway at Feilding is 1000 metres long.
