    Other than high speed jet - YES.

    Chocolate fish - NO

    The 2nd photo hopefully gives it away - is it a rotor blade and presumably a flashing beacon being relected on said rotor.

    Taking a chance with statistics I'll stick my neck out and guess the Helio is a Robby???
