No it is not part of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. !

What type of aircraft is it ?

And what part are we looking at ?

    Just as a quick guess, I'd say it was the underside of DC-3 ZK-AMS.

    And it looks like it is the right hand wing where it joins just inboard of the the engine.
