A colorful visitor to Kaipara Flats this afternoon was the NZ Warbirds Beaver ZK-CKH and I happened to be there. This aircraft has been covered many times on this blog but I post it here because of the spectacular colour against the green grass of the airfield and surrounding fields, so something good has come out of all the rain we have had!
Sideslipping in....
Over the trees and through the heat haze....

Then taxying in to park.
