Cessna 207 ZK-FQY Out and About

Cessna 207 ZK-FQY was at Tauranga yesterday and Warwick Hamilton was on hand to photograph it:

ZK-FQY was first registered here way back in August 1988 and it has flown tourists around the South Island for much of its life.  It was last operated by Southern Alps Air but was withdrawn from the register on 25/6/18 at Makarora.  It was next seen at Mercer where it was restored to the register on 14/6/21, for the FQY Syndicate.  It is now back flying and I saw it flying past Warkworth earlier in the week - you can't really miss that sound!  It is the sole remaining Cessna 207 registered in New Zealand.
