First Fly-In in the World

Our annual 'First fly-in in the world' was this year hosted by the Wairarapa Aero Club at Masterton on 1 January.   The luncheon event attracted some 30 aircraft on a stunning day and included amongst these was Vans RV4 ZK-LDR from Feilding,  which has been flying since 2012.

From Blenheim came Bolkow Bo208 Junior ZK-CJK still looking good after 50+ years

Over from Whanganui was Titan T-51 Mustang ZK-LSD registered back in 2016

From further airfield Europa Classis ZK-MOF is registered to a Cust owner and was imported from Australia in 2013

And recently restored is Jabiru J160 ZK-SLH from Palmerston North
