Sport aircraft at Wanaka # 1.

There was a good variety of Sport Aircraft on the field during the weekend.

Here are some of them.

 This is the John Ross Just Aircraft Highlander ZK-JKO2 (c/n JA312-08-13). This is Rotax 912ULS powered and is Wanaka based.

 Rans S-7S Courier ZK-CAB3  (c/n 0707475) first flew on 17-07-2008. It has been listed with Bill Marks and Rex Moore of Mosgiel since 20-05-2010.

 Glenn Martin has his TL TL-2000 Sting ZK-MTN (c/n 15 ST 422) down from Rangiora.

 Over from Dunedin was Matthew Anderson in the Vans RV-4 ZK-RVI (c/n 800). 

This was Arnold Gallagher's labour of love between 1985 and 1996.

Often mistaken for a Pipistrel is the Skyleader GP One ZK-WLB (c/n 8005005 S). 

Imported by  Bruce Conway of SkyFreedom Aviation of Invercargill and arriving at Bluff on 11-12-2013. It was first flown in NZ from near Lake Manapouri by Murray Hagen in early February 2014.
