When my son and his family went to Rotorua over the Easter weekend, I ordered some photos of the Volcanic Air floatplanes. Here is what he got on his cellphone.
De Havilland Canada DHC 3 Otter ZK-VAS. The history of this aircraft has been covered in a previous post by Blue Bus at www.nzcivair.blogspot.co.nz/2009/03/otter-on-hard.html
And Cessna U206G ZK-FEO. The history of this aircraft has been covered in a post by Blue Bus with photos by Minicooper at www.nzcivair.blogspot.co.nz/2013/10/floatplanes.html
Both of these aircraft are owned by Volanic Air Safaris of Rotorua and are in new colour schemes since last featuring on this blog.
