I had the chance to pop up to North Shore Airfield late this afternoon. It was generally pretty quiet but as the low sun broke through the clouds, a couple of aircraft were in the circuit.
Tri Tech KIS TR 1 ZK-KIS is North Shore based. Man, that aircraft lands fast!
While Piper PA 38 Tomahawk ZK-PAF was over from Whenuapai.
And Cessna 180K ZK-EOH landed and taxied to the hangars. It is now owned by a Whangaparaoa owner.
