Pacific Aerospace 750XL's

Wayne Grant continues to travel the country and today (18Oct) was in Hamilton.

Pacific Aerospace 750XL ZK-KBD (169) was outside the manufacturers facility during the morning and was lated noted flying from Hamilton to Paraparaumu.

Pacific Aerospace 750XL ZK-KBE (170) was tucked inside the factory.   In addition to this airframe, ZK-KAQ (163) and ZK-KAX (159) were noted, the former briefly outside before being pushed back inside the hanger.

Pacific Aerospace 750XL ZK-RQK (167) was captured during its takeoff roll at Hamilton.   It started out as ZK-KBB on 02Jun10 and a week later became ZK-RQK. It is understood this aircraft is destined for a career as a parachute jump machine based near Queenstown.

  1. And was also noted visiting HeliServices @ NZAP last Friday(?) for maintenance. This is the same company which maintain the 3 other 750XLs, SDT, SDF and TTL. Very nice paint scheme. Would fit in well here with the other colours!
